This workshop provides knowledge about the basics on how to handle the web analyzing tool Google Analytics in conjunction with CMS TYPO3.

  • Introduction (basics of web analysis, methods, legal aspects)
  • Configuration of Google Analytics (account creation, link tagging, definition of goals, filter setup, etc.)
  • Navigation in Google Analytics (dashboard setup, contextualization of reported data about cross segmentation and monitoring periods, data export)
  • Reports in Google Analytics (goals and funnels, geographic visitor analysis, e-commerce, usability tools, visitor sources)
  • Perspectives (creation of performance indicators)
